The word of the LORD that came to Joel the son of Pethuel. |
דְּבַר־יְהוָה אֲשֶׁר הָיָה אֶל־יֹואֵל בֶּן־פְּתוּאֵל׃ |
| 1:2 Oíd esto, ancianos, y escuchad, todos los moradores de la tierra. ¿Ha acontecido esto en vuestros días, o en los días de vuestros padres? |
Hear this, ye old men, and give ear, all ye inhabitants of the land. Hath this been in your days, or even in the days of your fathers? |
שִׁמְעוּ־זֹאת הַזְּקֵנִים וְהַאֲזִינוּ כֹּל יֹושְׁבֵי הָאָרֶץ הֶהָיְתָה זֹּאת בִּימֵיכֶם וְאִם בִּימֵי אֲבֹתֵיכֶם׃ |
| 1:3 De esto contaréis a vuestros hijos, y vuestros hijos a sus hijos, y sus hijos a la otra generación. |
Tell ye your children of it, and let your children tell their children, and their children another generation. |
עָלֶיהָ לִבְנֵיכֶם סַפֵּרוּ וּבְנֵיכֶם לִבְנֵיהֶם וּבְנֵיהֶם לְדֹור אַחֵר׃ |
| 1:4 Lo que quedó de la oruga comió el saltón, y lo que quedó del saltón comió el revoltón; y la langosta comió lo que del revoltón había quedado. |
That which the palmerworm hath left hath the locust eaten; and that which the locust hath left hath the cankerworm eaten; and that which the cankerworm hath left hath the caterpiller eaten. |
יֶתֶר הַגָּזָם אָכַל הָאַרְבֶּה וְיֶתֶר הָאַרְבֶּה אָכַל הַיָּלֶק וְיֶתֶר הַיֶּלֶק אָכַל הֶחָסִיל׃ |
| 1:5 Despertad, borrachos, y llorad; gemid, todos los que bebéis vino, a causa del mosto, porque os es quitado de vuestra boca. |
Awake, ye drunkards, and weep; and howl, all ye drinkers of wine, because of the new wine; for it is cut off from your mouth. |
הָקִיצוּ שִׁכֹּורִים וּבְכוּ וְהֵילִלוּ כָּל־שֹׁתֵי יָיִן עַל־עָסִיס כִּי נִכְרַת מִפִּיכֶם׃ |
| 1:6 Porque pueblo fuerte e innumerable subió a mi tierra; sus dientes son dientes de león, y sus muelas, muelas de león. |
For a nation is come up upon my land, strong, and without number, whose teeth are the teeth of a lion, and he hath the cheek teeth of a great lion. |
כִּי־גֹוי עָלָה עַל־אַרְצִי עָצוּם וְאֵין מִסְפָּר שִׁנָּיו שִׁנֵּי אַרְיֵה וּמְתַלְּעֹות לָבִיא לֹו׃ |
| 1:7 Asoló mi vid, y descortezó mi higuera; del todo la desnudó y derribó; sus ramas quedaron blancas. |
He hath laid my vine waste, and barked my fig tree: he hath made it clean bare, and cast it away; the branches thereof are made white. |
שָׂם גַּפְנִי לְשַׁמָּה וּתְאֵנָתִי לִקְצָפָה חָשֹׂף חֲשָׂפָהּ וְהִשְׁלִיךְ הִלְבִּינוּ שָׂרִיגֶיהָ׃ |
| 1:8 Llora tú como joven vestida de cilicio por el marido de su juventud. |
Lament like a virgin girded with sackcloth for the husband of her youth. |
אֱלִי כִּבְתוּלָה חֲגֻרַת־שַׂק עַל־בַּעַל נְעוּרֶיהָ׃ |
| 1:9 Desapareció de la casa de Jehová la ofrenda y la libación; los sacerdotes ministros de Jehová están de duelo. |
The meat offering and the drink offering is cut off from the house of the LORD; the priests, the LORD'S ministers, mourn. |
הָכְרַת מִנְחָה וָנֶסֶךְ מִבֵּית יְהוָה אָבְלוּ הַכֹּהֲנִים מְשָׁרְתֵי יְהוָה׃ |
| 1:10 El campo está asolado, se enlutó la tierra; porque el trigo fue destruido, se secó el mosto, se perdió el aceite. |
The field is wasted, the land mourneth; for the corn is wasted: the new wine is dried up, the oil languisheth. |
שֻׁדַּד שָׂדֶה אָבְלָה אֲדָמָה כִּי שֻׁדַּד דָּגָן הֹובִישׁ תִּירֹושׁ אֻמְלַל יִצְהָר׃ |
| 1:11 Confundíos, labradores; gemid, viñeros, por el trigo y la cebada, porque se perdió la mies del campo. |
Be ye ashamed, O ye husbandmen; howl, O ye vinedressers, for the wheat and for the barley; because the harvest of the field is perished. |
הֹבִישׁוּ אִכָּרִים הֵילִילוּ כֹּרְמִים עַל־חִטָּה וְעַל־שְׂעֹרָה כִּי אָבַד קְצִיר שָׂדֶה׃ |
| 1:12 La vid está seca, y pereció la higuera; el granado también, la palmera y el manzano; todos los árboles del campo se secaron, por lo cual se extinguió el gozo de los hijos de los hombres. |
The vine is dried up, and the fig tree languisheth; the pomegranate tree, the palm tree also, and the apple tree, even all the trees of the field, are withered: because joy is withered away from the sons of men. |
הַגֶּפֶן הֹובִישָׁה וְהַתְּאֵנָה אֻמְלָלָה רִמֹּון גַּם־תָּמָר וְתַפּוּחַ כָּל־עֲצֵי הַשָּׂדֶה יָבֵשׁוּ כִּי־הֹבִישׁ שָׂשֹׂון מִן־בְּנֵי אָדָם׃ ס |
| 1:13 Ceñíos y lamentad, sacerdotes; gemid, ministros del altar; venid, dormid en cilicio, ministros de mi Dios; porque quitada es de la casa de vuestro Dios la ofrenda y la libación. |
Gird yourselves, and lament, ye priests: howl, ye ministers of the altar: come, lie all night in sackcloth, ye ministers of my God: for the meat offering and the drink offering is withholden from the house of your God. |
חִגְרוּ וְסִפְדוּ הַכֹּהֲנִים הֵילִילוּ מְשָׁרְתֵי מִזְבֵּחַ בֹּאוּ לִינוּ בַשַּׂקִּים מְשָׁרְתֵי אֱלֹהָי כִּי נִמְנַע מִבֵּית אֱלֹהֵיכֶם מִנְחָה וָנָסֶךְ׃ |
| 1:14 Proclamad ayuno, convocad a asamblea; congregad a los ancianos y a todos los moradores de la tierra en la casa de Jehová vuestro Dios, y clamad a Jehová. |
Sanctify ye a fast, call a solemn assembly, gather the elders and all the inhabitants of the land into the house of the LORD your God, and cry unto the LORD, |
קַדְּשׁוּ־צֹום קִרְאוּ עֲצָרָה אִסְפוּ זְקֵנִים כֹּל יֹשְׁבֵי הָאָרֶץ בֵּית יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם וְזַעֲקוּ אֶל־יְהוָה׃ |
| 1:15 ¡Ay del día! porque cercano está el día de Jehová, y vendrá como destrucción por el Todopoderoso. |
Alas for the day! for the day of the LORD is at hand, and as a destruction from the Almighty shall it come. |
אֲהָהּ לַיֹּום כִּי קָרֹוב יֹום יְהוָה וּכְשֹׁד מִשַׁדַּי יָבֹוא׃ |
| 1:16 ¿No fue arrebatado el alimento de delante de nuestros ojos, la alegría y el placer de la casa de nuestro Dios? |
Is not the meat cut off before our eyes, yea, joy and gladness from the house of our God? |
הֲלֹוא נֶגֶד עֵינֵינוּ אֹכֶל נִכְרָת מִבֵּית אֱלֹהֵינוּ שִׂמְחָה וָגִיל׃ |
| 1:17 El grano se pudrió debajo de los terrones, los graneros fueron asolados, los alfolíes destruidos; porque se secó el trigo. |
The seed is rotten under their clods, the garners are laid desolate, the barns are broken down; for the corn is withered. |
עָבְשׁוּ פְרֻדֹות תַּחַת מֶגְרְפֹתֵיהֶם נָשַׁמּוּ אֹצָרֹות נֶהֶרְסוּ מַמְּגֻרֹות כִּי הֹבִישׁ דָּגָן׃ |
| 1:18 ¡Cómo gimieron las bestias! ¡cuán turbados anduvieron los hatos de los bueyes, porque no tuvieron pastos! También fueron asolados los rebaños de las ovejas. |
How do the beasts groan! the herds of cattle are perplexed, because they have no pasture; yea, the flocks of sheep are made desolate. |
מַה־נֶּאֶנְחָה בְהֵמָה נָבֹכוּ עֶדְרֵי בָקָר כִּי אֵין מִרְעֶה לָהֶם גַּם־עֶדְרֵי הַצֹּאן נֶאְשָׁמוּ׃ |
| 1:19 A ti, oh Jehová, clamaré; porque fuego consumió los pastos del desierto, y llama abrasó todos los árboles del campo. |
O LORD, to thee will I cry: for the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness, and the flame hath burned all the trees of the field. |
אֵלֶיךָ יְהוָה אֶקְרָא כִּי אֵשׁ אָכְלָה נְאֹות מִדְבָּר וְלֶהָבָה לִהֲטָה כָּל־עֲצֵי הַשָּׂדֶה׃ |
| 1:20 Las bestias del campo bramarán también a ti, porque se secaron los arroyos de las aguas, y fuego consumió las praderas del desierto. |
The beasts of the field cry also unto thee: for the rivers of waters are dried up, and the fire hath devoured the pastures of the wilderness. |
גַּם־בַּהֲמֹות שָׂדֶה תַּעֲרֹוג אֵלֶיךָ כִּי יָבְשׁוּ אֲפִיקֵי מָיִם וְאֵשׁ אָכְלָה נְאֹות הַמִּדְבָּר׃ פ |
| 2:1 Tocad trompeta en Sion, y dad alarma en mi santo monte; tiemblen todos los moradores de la tierra, porque viene el día de Jehová, porque está cercano. |
Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand; |
תִּקְעוּ שֹׁופָר בְּצִיֹּון וְהָרִיעוּ בְּהַר קָדְשִׁי יִרְגְּזוּ כֹּל יֹשְׁבֵי הָאָרֶץ כִּי־בָא יֹום־יְהוָה כִּי קָרֹוב׃ |
| 2:2 Día de tinieblas y de oscuridad, día de nube y de sombra; como sobre los montes se extiende el alba, así vendrá un pueblo grande y fuerte; semejante a él no lo hubo jamás, ni después de él lo habrá en años de muchas generaciones. |
A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations. |
יֹום חֹשֶׁךְ וַאֲפֵלָה יֹום עָנָן וַעֲרָפֶל כְּשַׁחַר פָּרֻשׂ עַל־הֶהָרִים עַם רַב וְעָצוּם כָּמֹהוּ לֹא נִהְיָה מִן־הָעֹולָם וְאַחֲרָיו לֹא יֹוסֵף עַד־שְׁנֵי דֹּור וָדֹור׃ |
| 2:3 Delante de él consumirá fuego, tras de él abrasará llama; como el huerto del Edén será la tierra delante de él, y detrás de él como desierto asolado; ni tampoco habrá quien de él escape. |
A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them. |
לְפָנָיו אָכְלָה אֵשׁ וְאַחֲרָיו תְּלַהֵט לֶהָבָה כְּגַן־עֵדֶן הָאָרֶץ לְפָנָיו וְאַחֲרָיו מִדְבַּר שְׁמָמָה וְגַם־פְּלֵיטָה לֹא־הָיְתָה לֹּו׃ |
| 2:4 Su aspecto, como aspecto de caballos, y como gente de a caballo correrán. |
The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run. |
כְּמַרְאֵה סוּסִים מַרְאֵהוּ וּכְפָרָשִׁים כֵּן יְרוּצוּן׃ |
| 2:5 Como estruendo de carros saltarán sobre las cumbres de los montes; como sonido de llama de fuego que consume hojarascas, como pueblo fuerte dispuesto para la batalla. |
Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array. |
כְּקֹול מַרְכָּבֹות עַל־רָאשֵׁי הֶהָרִים יְרַקֵּדוּן כְּקֹול לַהַב אֵשׁ אֹכְלָה קָשׁ כְּעַם עָצוּם עֱרוּךְ מִלְחָמָה׃ |
| 2:6 Delante de él temerán los pueblos; se pondrán pálidos todos los semblantes. |
Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness. |
מִפָּנָיו יָחִילוּ עַמִּים כָּל־פָּנִים קִבְּצוּ פָארוּר׃ |
| 2:7 Como valientes correrán, como hombres de guerra subirán el muro; cada cual marchará por su camino, y no torcerá su rumbo. |
They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks: |
כְּגִבֹּורִים יְרֻצוּן כְּאַנְשֵׁי מִלְחָמָה יַעֲלוּ חֹומָה וְאִישׁ בִּדְרָכָיו יֵלֵכוּן וְלֹא יְעַבְּטוּן אֹרְחֹותָם׃ |
| 2:8 Ninguno estrechará a su compañero, cada uno irá por su carrera; y aun cayendo sobre la espada no se herirán. |
Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded. |
וְאִישׁ אָחִיו לֹא יִדְחָקוּן גֶּבֶר בִּמְסִלָּתֹו יֵלֵכוּן וּבְעַד הַשֶּׁלַח יִפֹּלוּ לֹא יִבְצָעוּ׃ |
| 2:9 Irán por la ciudad, correrán por el muro, subirán por las casas, entrarán por las ventanas a manera de ladrones. |
They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief. |
בָּעִיר יָשֹׁקּוּ בַּחֹומָה יְרֻצוּן בַּבָּתִּים יַעֲלוּ בְּעַד הַחַלֹּונִים יָבֹאוּ כַּגַּנָּב׃ |
| 2:10 Delante de él temblará la tierra, se estremecerán los cielos; el sol y la luna se oscurecerán, y las estrellas retraerán su resplandor. |
The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining: |
לְפָנָיו רָגְזָה אֶרֶץ רָעֲשׁוּ שָׁמָיִם שֶׁמֶשׁ וְיָרֵחַ קָדָרוּ וְכֹוכָבִים אָסְפוּ נָגְהָם׃ |
| 2:11 Y Jehová dará su orden delante de su ejército; porque muy grande es su campamento; fuerte es el que ejecuta su orden; porque grande es el día de Jehová, y muy terrible; ¿quién podrá soportarlo? |
And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it? |
וַיהוָה נָתַן קֹולֹו לִפְנֵי חֵילֹו כִּי רַב מְאֹד מַחֲנֵהוּ כִּי עָצוּם עֹשֵׂה דְבָרֹו כִּי־גָדֹול יֹום־יְהוָה וְנֹורָא מְאֹד וּמִי יְכִילֶנּוּ׃ |
| 2:12 Por eso pues, ahora, dice Jehová, convertíos a mí con todo vuestro corazón, con ayuno y lloro y lamento. |
Therefore also now, saith the LORD, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning: |
וְגַם־עַתָּה נְאֻם־יְהוָה שֻׁבוּ עָדַי בְּכָל־לְבַבְכֶם וּבְצֹום וּבְבְכִי וּבְמִסְפֵּד׃ |
| 2:13 Rasgad vuestro corazón, y no vuestros vestidos, y convertíos a Jehová vuestro Dios; porque misericordioso es y clemente, tardo para la ira y grande en misericordia, y que se duele del castigo. |
And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil. |
וְקִרְעוּ לְבַבְכֶם וְאַל־בִּגְדֵיכֶם וְשׁוּבוּ אֶל־יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם כִּי־חַנּוּן וְרַחוּם הוּא אֶרֶךְ אַפַּיִם וְרַב־חֶסֶד וְנִחָם עַל־הָרָעָה׃ |
| 2:14 ¿Quién sabe si volverá y se arrepentirá y dejará bendición tras de él, esto es, ofrenda y libación para Jehová vuestro Dios? |
Who knoweth if he will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind him; even a meat offering and a drink offering unto the LORD your God? |
מִי יֹודֵעַ יָשׁוּב וְנִחָם וְהִשְׁאִיר אַחֲרָיו בְּרָכָה מִנְחָה וָנֶסֶךְ לַיהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם׃ פ |
| 2:15 Tocad trompeta en Sion, proclamad ayuno, convocad asamblea. |
Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly: |
תִּקְעוּ שֹׁופָר בְּצִיֹּון קַדְּשׁוּ־צֹום קִרְאוּ עֲצָרָה׃ |
| 2:16 Reunid al pueblo, santificad la reunión, juntad a los ancianos, congregad a los niños y a los que maman, salga de su cámara el novio, y de su tálamo la novia. |
Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those that suck the breasts: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet. |
אִסְפוּ־עָם קַדְּשׁוּ קָהָל קִבְצוּ זְקֵנִים אִסְפוּ עֹולָלִים וְיֹנְקֵי שָׁדָיִם יֵצֵא חָתָן מֵחֶדְרֹו וְכַלָּה מֵחֻפָּתָהּ׃ |
| 2:17 Entre la entrada y el altar lloren los sacerdotes ministros de Jehová, y digan: Perdona, oh Jehová, a tu pueblo, y no entregues al oprobio tu heredad, para que las naciones se enseñoreen de ella. ¿Por qué han de decir entre los pueblos: Dónde está su Dios? |
Let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O LORD, and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God? |
בֵּין הָאוּלָם וְלַמִּזְבֵּחַ יִבְכּוּ הַכֹּהֲנִים מְשָׁרְתֵי יְהוָה וְיֹאמְרוּ חוּסָה יְהוָה עַל־עַמֶּךָ וְאַל־תִּתֵּן נַחֲלָתְךָ לְחֶרְפָּה לִמְשָׁל־בָּם גֹּויִם לָמָּה יֹאמְרוּ בָעַמִּים אַיֵּה אֱלֹהֵיהֶם׃ |
| 2:18 Y Jehová, solícito por su tierra, perdonará a su pueblo. |
Then will the LORD be jealous for his land, and pity his people. |
וַיְקַנֵּא יְהוָה לְאַרְצֹו וַיַּחְמֹל עַל־עַמֹּו׃ |
| 2:19 Responderá Jehová, y dirá a su pueblo: He aquí yo os envío pan, mosto y aceite, y seréis saciados de ellos; y nunca más os pondré en oprobio entre las naciones. |
Yea, the LORD will answer and say unto his people, Behold, I will send you corn, and wine, and oil, and ye shall be satisfied therewith: and I will no more make you a reproach among the heathen: |
וַיַּעַן יְהוָה וַיֹּאמֶר לְעַמֹּו הִנְנִי שֹׁלֵחַ לָכֶם אֶת־הַדָּגָן וְהַתִּירֹושׁ וְהַיִּצְהָר וּשְׂבַעְתֶּם אֹתֹו וְלֹא־אֶתֵּן אֶתְכֶם עֹוד חֶרְפָּה בַּגֹּויִם׃ |
| 2:20 Y haré alejar de vosotros al del norte, y lo echaré en tierra seca y desierta; su faz será hacia el mar oriental, y su fin al mar occidental; y exhalará su hedor, y subirá su pudrición, porque hizo grandes cosas. |
But I will remove far off from you the northern army, and will drive him into a land barren and desolate, with his face toward the east sea, and his hinder part toward the utmost sea, and his stink shall come up, and his ill savour shall come up, because he hath done great things. |
וְאֶת־הַצְּפֹונִי אַרְחִיק מֵעֲלֵיכֶם וְהִדַּחְתִּיו אֶל־אֶרֶץ צִיָּה וּשְׁמָמָה אֶת־פָּנָיו אֶל־הַיָּם הַקַּדְמֹנִי וְסֹפֹו אֶל־הַיָּם הָאַחֲרֹון וְעָלָה בָאְשֹׁו וְתַעַל צַחֲנָתֹו כִּי הִגְדִּיל לַעֲשֹׂות׃ |
| 2:21 Tierra, no temas; alégrate y gózate, porque Jehová hará grandes cosas. |
Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the LORD will do great things. |
אַל־תִּירְאִי אֲדָמָה גִּילִי וּשְׂמָחִי כִּי־הִגְדִּיל יְהוָה לַעֲשֹׂות׃ |
| 2:22 Animales del campo, no temáis; porque los pastos del desierto reverdecerán, porque los árboles llevarán su fruto, la higuera y la vid darán sus frutos. |
Be not afraid, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and the vine do yield their strength. |
אַל־תִּירְאוּ בַּהֲמֹות שָׂדַי כִּי דָשְׁאוּ נְאֹות מִדְבָּר כִּי־עֵץ נָשָׂא פִרְיֹו תְּאֵנָה וָגֶפֶן נָתְנוּ חֵילָם׃ |
| 2:23 Vosotros también, hijos de Sion, alegraos y gozaos en Jehová vuestro Dios; porque os ha dado la primera lluvia a su tiempo, y hará descender sobre vosotros lluvia temprana y tardía como al principio. |
Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month. |
וּבְנֵי צִיֹּון גִּילוּ וְשִׂמְחוּ בַּיהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם כִּי־נָתַן לָכֶם אֶת־הַמֹּורֶה לִצְדָקָה וַיֹּורֶד לָכֶם גֶּשֶׁם מֹורֶה וּמַלְקֹושׁ בָּרִאשֹׁון׃ |
| 2:24 Las eras se llenarán de trigo, y los lagares rebosarán de vino y aceite. |
And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the fats shall overflow with wine and oil. |
וּמָלְאוּ הַגֳּרָנֹות בָּר וְהֵשִׁיקוּ הַיְקָבִים תִּירֹושׁ וְיִצְהָר׃ |
| 2:25 Y os restituiré los años que comió la oruga, el saltón, el revoltón y la langosta, mi gran ejército que envié contra vosotros. |
And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. |
וְשִׁלַּמְתִּי לָכֶם אֶת־הַשָּׁנִים אֲשֶׁר אָכַל הָאַרְבֶּה הַיֶּלֶק וְהֶחָסִיל וְהַגָּזָם חֵילִי הַגָּדֹול אֲשֶׁר שִׁלַּחְתִּי בָּכֶם׃ |
| 2:26 Comeréis hasta saciaros, y alabaréis el nombre de Jehová vuestro Dios, el cual hizo maravillas con vosotros; y nunca jamás será mi pueblo avergonzado. |
And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed. |
וַאֲכַלְתֶּם אָכֹול וְשָׂבֹועַ וְהִלַּלְתֶּם אֶת־שֵׁם יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם אֲשֶׁר־עָשָׂה עִמָּכֶם לְהַפְלִיא וְלֹא־יֵבֹשׁוּ עַמִּי לְעֹולָם׃ |
| 2:27 Y conoceréis que en medio de Israel estoy yo, y que yo soy Jehová vuestro Dios, y no hay otro; y mi pueblo nunca jamás será avergonzado. |
And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed. |
וִידַעְתֶּם כִּי בְקֶרֶב יִשְׂרָאֵל אָנִי וַאֲנִי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם וְאֵין עֹוד וְלֹא־יֵבֹשׁוּ עַמִּי לְעֹולָם׃ ס |
| 2:28 Y después de esto derramaré mi Espíritu sobre toda carne, y profetizarán vuestros hijos y vuestras hijas; vuestros ancianos soñarán sueños, y vuestros jóvenes verán visiones. |
And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: |
וְהָיָה אַחֲרֵי־כֵן אֶשְׁפֹּוךְ אֶת־רוּחִי עַל־כָּל־בָּשָׂר וְנִבְּאוּ בְּנֵיכֶם וּבְנֹותֵיכֶם זִקְנֵיכֶם חֲלֹמֹות יַחֲלֹמוּן בַּחוּרֵיכֶם חֶזְיֹנֹות יִרְאוּ׃ |
| 2:29 Y también sobre los siervos y sobre las siervas derramaré mi Espíritu en aquellos días. |
And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit. |
וְגַם עַל־הָעֲבָדִים וְעַל־הַשְּׁפָחֹות בַּיָּמִים הָהֵמָּה אֶשְׁפֹּוךְ אֶת־רוּחִי׃ |
| 2:30 Y daré prodigios en el cielo y en la tierra, sangre, y fuego, y columnas de humo. |
And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. |
וְנָתַתִּי מֹופְתִים בַּשָּׁמַיִם וּבָאָרֶץ דָּם וָאֵשׁ וְתִימֲרֹות עָשָׁן׃ |
| 2:31 El sol se convertirá en tinieblas, y la luna en sangre, antes que venga el día grande y espantoso de Jehová. |
The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come. |
הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ יֵהָפֵךְ לְחֹשֶׁךְ וְהַיָּרֵחַ לְדָם לִפְנֵי בֹּוא יֹום יְהוָה הַגָּדֹול וְהַנֹּורָא׃ |
| 2:32 Y todo aquel que invocare el nombre de Jehová será salvo; porque en el monte de Sion y en Jerusalén habrá salvación, como ha dicho Jehová, y entre el remanente al cual él habrá llamado. |
And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call. |
וְהָיָה כֹּל אֲשֶׁר־יִקְרָא בְּשֵׁם יְהוָה יִמָּלֵט כִּי בְּהַר־צִיֹּון וּבִירוּשָׁלִַם תִּהְיֶה פְלֵיטָה כַּאֲשֶׁר אָמַר יְהוָה וּבַשְּׂרִידִים אֲשֶׁר יְהוָה קֹרֵא׃ |
| 3:1 Porque he aquí que en aquellos días, y en aquel tiempo en que haré volver la cautividad de Judá y de Jerusalén, |
For, behold, in those days, and in that time, when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem, |
וְהָיָה אַחֲרֵי־כֵן אֶשְׁפֹּוךְ אֶת־רוּחִי עַל־כָּל־בָּשָׂר וְנִבְּאוּ בְּנֵיכֶם וּבְנֹותֵיכֶם זִקְנֵיכֶם חֲלֹמֹות יַחֲלֹמוּן בַּחוּרֵיכֶם חֶזְיֹנֹות יִרְאוּ׃ |
| 3:2 reuniré a todas las naciones, y las haré descender al valle de Josafat, y allí entraré en juicio con ellas a causa de mi pueblo, y de Israel mi heredad, a quien ellas esparcieron entre las naciones, y repartieron mi tierra; |
I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land. |
וְגַם עַל־הָעֲבָדִים וְעַל־הַשְּׁפָחֹות בַּיָּמִים הָהֵמָּה אֶשְׁפֹּוךְ אֶת־רוּחִי׃ |
| 3:3 y echaron suertes sobre mi pueblo, y dieron los niños por una ramera, y vendieron las niñas por vino para beber. |
And they have cast lots for my people; and have given a boy for an harlot, and sold a girl for wine, that they might drink. |
וְנָתַתִּי מֹופְתִים בַּשָּׁמַיִם וּבָאָרֶץ דָּם וָאֵשׁ וְתִימֲרֹות עָשָׁן׃ |
| 3:4 Y también, ¿qué tengo yo con vosotras, Tiro y Sidón, y todo el territorio de Filistea? ¿Queréis vengaros de mí? Y si de mí os vengáis, bien pronto haré yo recaer la paga sobre vuestra cabeza. |
Yea, and what have ye to do with me, O Tyre, and Zidon, and all the coasts of Palestine? will ye render me a recompence? and if ye recompense me, swiftly and speedily will I return your recompence upon your own head; |
הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ יֵהָפֵךְ לְחֹשֶׁךְ וְהַיָּרֵחַ לְדָם לִפְנֵי בֹּוא יֹום יְהוָה הַגָּדֹול וְהַנֹּורָא׃ |
| 3:5 Porque habéis llevado mi plata y mi oro, y mis cosas preciosas y hermosas metisteis en vuestros templos; |
Because ye have taken my silver and my gold, and have carried into your temples my goodly pleasant things: |
וְהָיָה כֹּל אֲשֶׁר־יִקְרָא בְּשֵׁם יְהוָה יִמָּלֵט כִּי בְּהַר־צִיֹּון וּבִירוּשָׁלִַם תִּהְיֶה פְלֵיטָה כַּאֲשֶׁר אָמַר יְהוָה וּבַשְּׂרִידִים אֲשֶׁר יְהוָה קֹרֵא׃ |
| 3:6 y vendisteis los hijos de Judá y los hijos de Jerusalén a los hijos de los griegos, para alejarlos de su tierra. |
The children also of Judah and the children of Jerusalem have ye sold unto the Grecians, that ye might remove them far from their border. |
ו וּבְנֵי יְהוּדָה וּבְנֵי יְרוּשָׁלִַם, מְכַרְתֶּם לִבְנֵי הַיְּוָנִים, לְמַעַן הַרְחִיקָם, מֵעַל גְּבוּלָם. |
| 3:7 He aquí yo los levantaré del lugar donde los vendisteis, y volveré vuestra paga sobre vuestra cabeza; |
Behold, I will raise them out of the place whither ye have sold them, and will return your recompence upon your own head: |
ז הִנְנִי מְעִירָם--מִן-הַמָּקוֹם, אֲשֶׁר-מְכַרְתֶּם אֹתָם שָׁמָּה; וַהֲשִׁבֹתִי גְמֻלְכֶם, בְּרֹאשְׁכֶם. |
| 3:8 y venderé vuestros hijos y vuestras hijas a los hijos de Judá, y ellos los venderán a los sabeos, nación lejana; porque Jehová ha hablado. |
And I will sell your sons and your daughters into the hand of the children of Judah, and they shall sell them to the Sabeans, to a people far off: for the LORD hath spoken it. |
ח וּמָכַרְתִּי אֶת-בְּנֵיכֶם וְאֶת-בְּנוֹתֵיכֶם, בְּיַד בְּנֵי יְהוּדָה, וּמְכָרוּם לִשְׁבָאיִם, אֶל-גּוֹי רָחוֹק: כִּי יְהוָה, דִּבֵּר. {פ} |
| 3:9 Proclamad esto entre las naciones, proclamad guerra, despertad a los valientes, acérquense, vengan todos los hombres de guerra. |
Proclaim ye this among the Gentiles; Prepare war, wake up the mighty men, let all the men of war draw near; let them come up: |
ט קִרְאוּ-זֹאת, בַּגּוֹיִם, קַדְּשׁוּ, מִלְחָמָה; הָעִירוּ, הַגִּבּוֹרִים--יִגְּשׁוּ יַעֲלוּ, כֹּל אַנְשֵׁי הַמִּלְחָמָה. |
| 3:10 Forjad espadas de vuestros azadones, lanzas de vuestras hoces; diga el débil: Fuerte soy. |
Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruninghooks into spears: let the weak say, I am strong. |
י כֹּתּוּ אִתֵּיכֶם לַחֲרָבוֹת, וּמַזְמְרֹתֵיכֶם לִרְמָחִים; הַחַלָּשׁ, יֹאמַר גִּבּוֹר אָנִי. |
| 3:11 Juntaos y venid, naciones todas de alrededor, y congregaos; haz venir allí, oh Jehová, a tus fuertes. |
Assemble yourselves, and come, all ye heathen, and gather yourselves together round about: thither cause thy mighty ones to come down, O LORD. |
יא עוּשׁוּ וָבֹאוּ כָל-הַגּוֹיִם מִסָּבִיב, וְנִקְבָּצוּ; שָׁמָּה, הַנְחַת יְהוָה גִּבּוֹרֶיךָ. |
| 3:12 Despiértense las naciones, y suban al valle de Josafat; porque allí me sentaré para juzgar a todas las naciones de alrededor. |
Let the heathen be wakened, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat: for there will I sit to judge all the heathen round about. |
יב יֵעוֹרוּ וְיַעֲלוּ הַגּוֹיִם, אֶל-עֵמֶק יְהוֹשָׁפָט: כִּי שָׁם, אֵשֵׁב לִשְׁפֹּט אֶת-כָּל-הַגּוֹיִם--מִסָּבִיב. |
| 3:13 Echad la hoz, porque la mies está ya madura. Venid, descended, porque el lagar está lleno, rebosan las cubas; porque mucha es la maldad de ellos. |
Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great. |
יג שִׁלְחוּ מַגָּל, כִּי בָשַׁל קָצִיר; בֹּאוּ רְדוּ, כִּי-מָלְאָה גַּת--הֵשִׁיקוּ הַיְקָבִים, כִּי רַבָּה רָעָתָם. |
| 3:14 Muchos pueblos en el valle de la decisión; porque cercano está el día de Jehová en el valle de la decisión. |
Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision. |
יד הֲמוֹנִים הֲמוֹנִים, בְּעֵמֶק הֶחָרוּץ: כִּי קָרוֹב יוֹם יְהוָה, בְּעֵמֶק הֶחָרוּץ. |
| 3:15 El sol y la luna se oscurecerán, y las estrellas retraerán su resplandor. |
The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining. |
טו שֶׁמֶשׁ וְיָרֵחַ, קָדָרוּ; וְכוֹכָבִים, אָסְפוּ נָגְהָם. |
| 3:16 Y Jehová rugirá desde Sion, y dará su voz desde Jerusalén, y temblarán los cielos y la tierra; pero Jehová será la esperanza de su pueblo, y la fortaleza de los hijos de Israel. |
The LORD also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the LORD will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel. |
טז וַיהוָה מִצִּיּוֹן יִשְׁאָג, וּמִירוּשָׁלִַם יִתֵּן קוֹלוֹ, וְרָעֲשׁוּ, שָׁמַיִם וָאָרֶץ; וַיהוָה מַחֲסֶה לְעַמּוֹ, וּמָעוֹז לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל. |
| 3:17 Y conoceréis que yo soy Jehová vuestro Dios, que habito en Sion, mi santo monte; y Jerusalén será santa, y extraños no pasarán más por ella. |
So shall ye know that I am the LORD your God dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain: then shall Jerusalem be holy, and there shall no strangers pass through her any more. |
יז וִידַעְתֶּם, כִּי אֲנִי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם, שֹׁכֵן, בְּצִיּוֹן הַר-קָדְשִׁי; וְהָיְתָה יְרוּשָׁלִַם קֹדֶשׁ, וְזָרִים לֹא-יַעַבְרוּ-בָהּ עוֹד. {ס} |
| 3:18 Sucederá en aquel tiempo, que los montes destilarán mosto, y los collados fluirán leche, y por todos los arroyos de Judá correrán aguas; y saldrá una fuente de la casa de Jehová, y regará el valle de Sitim. |
And it shall come to pass in that day, that the mountains shall drop down new wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the rivers of Judah shall flow with waters, and a fountain shall come forth of the house of the LORD, and shall water the valley of Shittim. |
יח וְהָיָה בַיּוֹם הַהוּא יִטְּפוּ הֶהָרִים עָסִיס, וְהַגְּבָעוֹת תֵּלַכְנָה חָלָב, וְכָל-אֲפִיקֵי יְהוּדָה, יֵלְכוּ מָיִם; וּמַעְיָן, מִבֵּית יְהוָה יֵצֵא, וְהִשְׁקָה, אֶת-נַחַל הַשִּׁטִּים. |
| 3:19 Egipto será destruido, y Edom será vuelto en desierto asolado, por la injuria hecha a los hijos de Judá; porque derramaron en su tierra sangre inocente. |
Egypt shall be a desolation, and Edom shall be a desolate wilderness, for the violence against the children of Judah, because they have shed innocent blood in their land. |
יט מִצְרַיִם, לִשְׁמָמָה תִהְיֶה, וֶאֱדוֹם, לְמִדְבַּר שְׁמָמָה תִּהְיֶה; מֵחֲמַס בְּנֵי יְהוּדָה, אֲשֶׁר-שָׁפְכוּ דָם-נָקִיא בְּאַרְצָם. |
| 3:20 Pero Judá será habitada para siempre, y Jerusalén por generación y generación. |
But Judah shall dwell for ever, and Jerusalem from generation to generation. |
כ וִיהוּדָה, לְעוֹלָם תֵּשֵׁב; וִירוּשָׁלִַם, לְדוֹר וָדוֹר. |
| 3:21 Y limpiaré la sangre de los que no había limpiado; y Jehová morará en Sion. |
For I will cleanse their blood that I have not cleansed: for the LORD dwelleth in Zion. |
כא וְנִקֵּיתִי, דָּמָם לֹא-נִקֵּיתִי; וַיהוָה, שֹׁכֵן בְּצִיּוֹן. {ש} |
